Channel
organization for
e-commerce

To manage multiple online commerce channels well,
you need all the information you can get your eyes on.
Our design offered just that.
Knowledge is money in this case.

Many online companies have multiple points of sales – Amazon, Shopify, Etsy – and with various products on each channel, it becomes difficult to manage orders and inventory across channels. As sales happen in one place, you must understand where that sale came from and how inventory is affected in each channel. At the end of the day, you need to calculate profits and losses, and more detailed sales reports from each outlet. What if there was a single, simple dashboard to view all of this information?

We designed an e-commerce management system that takes data from inventory, sales, and customers, compiles it, and provides a single view of all the information coming from each channel.
The challenge was to transform complex data into understandable, meaningful, and usable information. With large amounts of potentially complicated information from each channel, it was important to only present the right data at the right time so that it all made sense. This transformation enabled clearer visibility into all channels and ultimately facilitated quicker business decisions.

The result: simple, clear, customizable tables and graphs allow the user to visualize every channel and how it’s performing, tracking sales and revenue. A separate table lets users know various levels of inventory to easily know when to restock. Access to other tools include account details, adding or removing channels, and CRM options.
